I'm Paul Collett, an independent award winning graphic designer with a huge passion for branding, illustration and digital design.
More than ten years’ experience working with brands like Disney, Talent House & Poster Spy have given me a strong understanding of marketing strategies, corporate identity, on-message branding and logo design. My career to date has enabled me to develop an in-depth knowledge of design principles from Web to print to motion graphics.
Tasked with rebranding the company and makin gal their divisions sit within one brand. Other duties include, designing and implementing all markting material, as wel as animating social media posts, ranging from full videos to animated gifs. I also updated the company website, firstly in HTML and then in Wordpress.
Working for Disney I was part of the team that were in charge with promoting Mickey Mouse's 90th birthday even via social media posts for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. These ranged form static graphics to animated posts.
My main responsiblility was creating identies and brand for the yearly tradeshows. both creating and following brand guidelines. Thes tradshows consisted of marketing material such as brochures and news letters. Part of the identity was to create web banners, and exhibition stands finally culminating into the Show Guide, a 100+ page brochure to be given out at the show.
